At Wiley Christian Behavioral Management Services, we offer a comprehensive range of behavioral management services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges successfully. Our services include supportive counseling, case management, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psycho-educational groups, nursing services, and mental health skill building. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or a loved one, our evidence-based interventions can help foster positive behavioral change and emotional well-being.
Understanding the root cause of behavioral challenges is the first step toward meaningful progress. Our thorough behavioral assessments provide a clear picture of an individual’s strengths, difficulties, and unique needs. We use structured observations, interviews, and evidence-based assessment tools to identify patterns of behavior, emotional triggers, and environmental factors that may be influencing an individual’s actions. With this information, we develop a customized treatment plan that targets key areas for improvement and supports long-term success.
One-on-one psychiatric evaluations are at the core of our behavioral management approach. Our Board-Certified Psychiatrists work closely with our nursing and clinical staff to develop an individual approach, emphasizing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies. By incorporating medication therapy, case management, and therapeutic groups, we help individuals reframe negative thinking patterns, build confidence, and enhance problem-solving skills. Our psychiatric and medication components are a key factor in avoiding hospitalization and improving daily life. Our program is equipped to prescribe and administer long-acting psychiatric injectables. We are linked with a behavioral health pharmacy, which delivers medications to our program daily.
Case Management services are provided to everyone enrolled in our program. Case Managers are professionally trained to provide services based upon individual need and follow a practice of confidentiality. Case Managers assist in resolving identified issues and advocate on behalf of the client. Case Managers can link individuals to outside resources such as emergency food, energy assistance, and housing. Each client has a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs.
Developing strong social skills is essential for personal and professional success. Our therapeutic groups provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to practice communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. Through structured activities and guided discussions, participants learn to build meaningful relationships, navigate social situations with confidence, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness. These groups are particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with peer relationships, as well as those looking to enhance their personal skills.
For individuals facing challenges related to chemical dependence or addictive behaviors, we offer structured support from our daily Co-Occurring Group. Our Team implements proactive strategies that reduce disruptive behaviors and encourage positive alternatives. These strategies are rooted in evidence-based techniques that promote long-term success.
Emotional regulation is a critical skill for maintaining healthy relationships and overall well-being. Our anger and stress management groups teach individuals how to recognize emotional triggers, manage frustration, and respond to challenging situations in a constructive manner. Through relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral modification strategies, clients learn to manage their emotions in healthier and more productive ways.
IMR is a structured module comprised of weekly sessions that encourage the identification of personally meaningful recovery goals. The core set of interventions include: psychoeducation, social skills training, cognitive- behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behavioral tailoring, and relapse prevention techniques. This group is specifically designed to develop coping strategies and skills that reduce susceptibility to mental illness, manage symptoms, and prevent relapse and rehospitalization.
Our Prevocational group focuses on identifying and acquiring appropriate work behaviors, attitudes, and skills that will encourage those who desire to take on the role of a worker. Our clients are assisted in determining their areas or work preferences, and the skills needed to obtain and maintain employment.
At Wiley Mission, we provide more than just assistance. We strive to ensure the comfort, happiness and well-being of everyone in our community.
