Wiley Christian Retirement Community (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating a multi-service campus at wileymission.org. Our organization provides senior living and healthcare services, adult day services, a preschool and summer camp, church services, and community support programs including a food pantry and volunteer opportunities.

We may share information with affiliated Wiley Mission entities including Wiley Christian Adult Day Services, Wiley Christian Preschool, and Wiley Church, where relevant to the services or programs you have inquired about.

4.3 Payment Processing — Square

Online donations and payments are processed through Square. When you submit payment information through our Site, that information is transmitted directly to Square and is subject to Square’s Privacy Policy. We do not store full payment card information on our systems.

4.4 Church Management — Breeze ChMS

We use Breeze ChMS to manage congregation, donor, and community member records. Information submitted through certain forms on our Site may be entered into Breeze for record-keeping and communication purposes.

4.5 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Site. You may opt out through our cookie consent banner or by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4.6 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
