Chris Cinardo is the Chief Operating Officer at Wiley Christian Retirement Community, bringing years of experience in healthcare leadership and a strong commitment to service guided by his Christian faith. A U.S. Navy veteran and licensed occupational therapist, Chris is passionate about fostering an environment where compassion, integrity, and excellence are at the core of everything Wiley does. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys sports, music, and spending quality time with his wife and their three children, ages 10, 8, and 1. He strives to lead by example and approaches his work with a deep sense of purpose. A guiding scripture in his life is Colossians 3:23–24 (KJV): “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.”
