4. Third-Party Services That May Set Cookies
4.1 Square (Payment Processing)
When you use our online donation or payment forms, Square may place cookies or use similar technologies as part of the payment processing experience. These are subject to Square’s own privacy and cookie policies.
4.2 Breeze ChMS
Our church management system, Breeze, may interact with certain forms on our Site. Any data handling by Breeze is governed by their privacy policy and our data processing agreement with them.
5. Social Media Pixels
Our Site currently has a Facebook/Meta Pixel installed. This pixel is subject to your consent and will not fire unless you accept marketing cookies through our consent banner. We are in the process of removing this pixel as it is no longer required for our current marketing activities. We will update this Cookie Policy once the pixel has been fully removed.
We do not currently use:
- LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, or any other social media tracking pixels
- Google Ads or remarketing cookies
- Session recording or heatmap tools
- Live chat tracking cookies
- Any advertising or behavioral targeting cookies
6. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
6.1 Through Our Consent Banner
Accept, decline, or customize cookie categories through the banner on your first visit, or at any time through the cookie settings link in our Site footer.
6.2 Through Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality, including the resident and family portal.
6.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not use cookies to track or profile children. If a parent or guardian submits information through our preschool or summer camp forms, any cookies active during that session are subject to this policy and are not used to target children with advertising.
