Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website at wileymission.org operated by Wiley Christian Retirement Community (operating as Wiley Mission, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. About Our Organization
Wiley Christian Retirement Community is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit faith-based organization providing senior living, healthcare, adult day services, preschool, summer camp, church, and community support services in Southern New Jersey. Our Site is operated to provide information about our programs and services and to facilitate inquiries, donations, employment applications, and community engagement.
2. Use of the Site
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

2.2 Intended Audience
Our Site is intended for prospective and current residents and their families, prospective employees, donors, volunteers, congregation members, and members of the general public seeking information about our services and programs. It is not intended for use by children under 13 without parental supervision and involvement.
3. Donations and Payments
Online donations and payments are processed through Square, a third-party payment processor. By submitting a donation or payment through our Site, you agree to Square’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. All donations to Wiley Mission are used in support of our nonprofit mission. Donations are generally non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
4. Employment Applications
Information submitted through our employment application forms is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your application. Submission of an application does not create any employment relationship or obligation on the part of the organization.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including text, images, logos, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to Wiley Mission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
6. Faith-Based Content
As a faith-based organization, our Site contains content reflecting our Christian mission and values, including information about our church services, prayer requests, and spiritual programs. This content is offered for informational and community purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Burlington County, New Jersey.
