Ann Porreca is a dedicated nursing leader whose more than 40 years in healthcare have been guided by a deep sense of calling to serve others. As a compassionate caregiver and experienced administrator, Ann views her work not just as a profession, but as a ministry—an opportunity to extend Christ’s love through excellence in care, leadership, and service.
For over 26 years, Ann has faithfully served as Director of Nursing at Wiley Mission in Marlton, New Jersey. In this role, she provides strategic oversight, leads quality and compliance initiatives, and mentors nursing professionals to serve with skill and heart. Her leadership reflects Wiley’s mission to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—with dignity and compassion.
A graduate of the Helene Fuld School of Nursing and Stockton University (BSN), Ann’s lifelong commitment to learning and service continues to inspire those around her.
Ann’s emphasis on serving others is reflected in her family. She and her husband, Lou, a retired respiratory therapist, have been married for 34 years. Together, they’ve built a family grounded in service to others. Their son Louie and his wife Danielle are both neurologists, their daughter Juliana teaches special education to children with autism, and their two grandsons bring constant joy and reminders of God’s goodness.
