Jennifer Joseph, COTA

Jennifer Joseph is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting patients in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life. She earned her degree from Touro College in New York City, where she is originally from.

Jennifer has a strong interest in orthopedics and dementia care, and she brings compassion and dedication to each patient she works with. Her journey into occupational therapy began while working as a recreation aide in a nursing home, where she observed the therapy team and was inspired to pursue a career helping others through rehabilitation.

She finds the most fulfillment in watching her patients reach their goals and celebrating the progress they make along the way. Jennifer values the friendly, calm environment and strong sense of teamwork at Wiley Mission, which she feels creates a supportive space for both staff and residents.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys baking, cheering on her daughters at dance competitions, and traveling with her family.
